Ride through the Jemez to the Valle Grande Overlook

Name: Tony ( WGT ) Adamoli

Subject: Valle Grande Overlook

Ride: This ride starts at the Warrior gas station in Rio Rancho… MAKE SURE TO FILL UP.. Once you get going it’s some freeway, then off to a beautiful ride through the Jemez mountains to a breathtaking overlook at the Caldera, I put a stop on the map at the Jemez Mountain Brewhouse. Biker friendly establishment. If you keep going past the Caldera there is more to take in of the mountain. Great way to spend a day.

Molly’s to the Crest

Name: Tony ( WGT ) Adamoli

Subject: Sandia Crest

Ride: Start where Molly’s use to be and run up to the top of the Sandia Crest. It’s a moderate ride with lots of twists and turns up the mountain. Watch the roads near the top, they aren’t the best, but the ride is a blast and the crest has the best view of the city you will find anywhere. There is parking at the top, it has a fee, but if your a national park pass holder it’s free.
